Even though we have had a bit of wind this year, we are lucky that it is not too hot outside yet. I am sharing here a peek at my recent family portrait shoot on the beach in Qatar. The last hour of golden sunlight is the perfect time for capturing relaxed family moments.
I recently had the pleasure of photographing Shaikha Al Mahmoud’s exhibit at VCU. She has designed a contemporary Majlis for her thesis project and it is beautiful! Shaikha is a very talented and conscientious student who also has a full time job whilst she studies. She is definitely someone to watch for in the future of interior design in Qatar. See her exhibit at VCU.
I worked on this recent portrait shoot of a Qatari CEO with Mohammed Al Buainain. We searched high and low for a tower that we could have access to that would provide an interesting backdrop for this shoot. On location photography can often be more about moving furniture than photography! Can you guess which building in Qatar we did the photo shoot from?
